1. General information

This Privacy and Cookies Policy defines the rules for processing personal data and using cookies on the website colibri-went.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website is for informational purposes only and is intended to present ventilation products. The Data Controller makes every effort to protect users’ privacy and ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The Data Controller may process the following personal data:

  • content of inquiries submitted via the contact form,
  • IP address,
  • technical data related to the device and browser,
  • statistical data regarding the use of the Website.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the contact form.

Personal data are processed for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • handling inquiries submitted via the contact form
    (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent),

    (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),

Personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Data Controller, in particular:

Personal data are not transferred to other entities without a legal basis.
