Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy

1. General information

This Privacy and Cookies Policy defines the rules for processing personal data and using cookies on the website colibri-went.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The Website is for informational purposes only and is intended to present ventilation products. The Data Controller makes every effort to protect users’ privacy and ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The Data Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

4. Scope of processed personal data

The Data Controller may process the following personal data:

  • first and last name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number,
  • content of inquiries submitted via the contact form,
  • IP address,
  • technical data related to the device and browser,
  • statistical data regarding the use of the Website.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the contact form.

5. Purposes and legal bases of processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • handling inquiries submitted via the contact form
    (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent),
  • conducting correspondence with users
    (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • ensuring the security and proper functioning of the Website
    (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Data Controller),
  • conducting statistical and analytical analyses of Website usage
    (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may be transferred to entities processing data on behalf of the Data Controller, in particular:

  • hosting service providers,
  • IT service providers,
  • analytics tool providers.

Personal data are not transferred to other entities without a legal basis.

7. Transfer of data outside the EU / EEA

If analytical tools or IT infrastructure provided by entities based outside the European Union are used, personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA only on the basis of appropriate legal safeguards, in particular Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), in accordance with GDPR.

Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and thereafter for the period required by law or until consent is withdrawn.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy and Cookies Policy. The current version will always be published on the Website.

This document is available in several language versions. The Polish version is the legally binding version.
